Your Care, Your Choice
At Rooted Family Wellness, we offer two ways to receive care:
- Become a Member and enjoy exclusive benefits for $50 per month per person.
- Pay Per Visit with no monthly membership, using our standard office visit rates.
Membership is completely optional. You are not required to enroll to become a patient. However, members receive valuable benefits and reduced pricing that make ongoing care more convenient and affordable.

Your membership fee is automatically drafted each month. We do not bill in advance for monthly services.

We cap our monthly membership fee at $300 for large families.

The benefit of having a membership is that it gives you the ability to directly communicate with our practitioner via an online portal, you can schedule appointments quickly and easily online, and the in-office visits are discounted.
Will there be any change in hours of operation?
Our hours of operation for chiropractic appointments are not changing at this time. Rooted Family Wellness operates on a different schedule. If you want to make an appointment just call us!
